Thanks so much for your interest in booking a San Antonio mini session with me! Mini sessions are such a great way to capture a just few precious family moments! I only offer mini sessions a few times during the year so I’m so excited to get to know your family and provide you with photos you can cherish all year long (and send out in those Christmas cards)! I’ve offered them at Brackenridge Park, Gruene Historic District, the Pearl, and other fun places around San Antonio!

What’s included in my mini session?

A San Antonio mini session is 15 minutes long and includes 10 edited images! I deliver your photos through an online gallery. There you can download your files and purchase prints, canvases, and photo books!

​How much do the mini sessions cost?

These mini sessions (which are perfect for Christmas card photos) usually cost $250 each but right now they’re on sale for only $197 each plus sales tax! And the price includes all the permit fees for the location. So the price you see on your contract is the price you pay! 

How do I book my session?

Check out the Calendly link to see the available days and times as well as the special location I’ve chosen especially for each day! Once you’ve chosen a date and time slot through Calendy, you’ll receive an email from me with a contract!  You can then sign and pay your nonrefundable retainer all at once right there online! Once your contract is signed and your retainer is paid, then you’re officially booked! 

How many people can we bring to our mini session?

Because the sessions are only 15 minutes long, I’ve found that they’re best suited for groups of 5-6 or less! If you have a larger group, feel free to message me about scheduling a full hour-long family session instead! 

What’s the turn around time for our images?

You will receive an email with a link to your edited online gallery one to two weeks after your session date! 

What if there’s bad weather?

If I see that we have bad weather forecasted for the mini session date, I will send out an official email rescheduling all of the mini sessions for that date. You’ll receive the rescheduling email no later than 3 days before your mini session telling you that the session has been canceled and rescheduled to a certain date. If you can not make it on the rescheduled date, you’ll receive a 100% refund.
