Spring bluebonnet photos are a Texas staple. The beautiful Texas state wildflower only blooms for a few weeks each Spring and they’re GORGEOUS! Family photos are a must!! You seriously can’t leave Texas without having bluebonnet family photos done first. Its like written in the Texas bible or something.
Meet the Spauldings!
THIS FAMILY IS SO CUTE! Cole (the dad) is an ER Doc with the military and Paula (the mom) is a PA, and their two children are some of the cutest creations God ever made. They come back each year for their family photos and they always come dressed in the most darling outfits. And this time for their bluebonnet family photos were no different! I mean just LOOK at those outfits!
Their little boy is SO cute and SO active! When kids are this young, I always encourage parents to book a full family session 60 minutes) rather than a mini session (only 20 minutes). That way we have plenty of time to go at the little one’s pace! If they aren’t having it for the first thirty minutes of the session? No worries! A full 60 minute session gives us plenty of time to play games, eat snacks, offer bribes, and cajole cute smiles out of any toddler! And that’s what we did with the Spaulding’s little boy. We played lots of games and ran allll over that field, and ended up with some truly darling photos of him and of their family!
The Spaulding’s little girl is one of the sweetest little things I’ve ever met. I used to teach her class on Sundays at church, and we always had the best time! She was so precious and always wanted to be with “teacher”. She was the kind of little girl every teacher dreams of having in their class one day. She truly is a bright spot – a little ray of sunshine!
