Y’all this maternity session was one for the books! I’ve done a lot of San Antonio maternity sessions, but this one takes the cake. This radiant, angel of a woman is a remarkable mother and incredible friend. Janey is one of those people you just want to be around all the time. She has a light and a goodness and a joy that just fills the room with her contagious laugh. She and her husband have two absolutely adorable little girls and can’t wait to welcome their first boy to the family.

The Rattos are a military family (like so many here in San Antonio) and they have my utmost respect for it! Janey’s husband is training to be an anesthesiologist through the military and is almost done with his last year of residency! HOORAY! That is SUCH a long journey (one we’re just barely starting) and we’re ecstatic that soon their family will have not just another kiddo but more time together as well.

Brackenridge Park is one of my favorite San Antonio maternity locations because of the beautiful backgrounds year round and the gorgeous light that filters in through the tree. There’s also a river that runs through the park which adds a fairy-tale vibe to any session we do there. Including Janey’s maternity session. SO CUTE. I definitely need more Brackenridge Park maternity sessions in my life!
