Sadie and Jimmy are seriously THE CUTEST!!! I am completely in love with everything about their San Antonio river engagement session. The outfits, the location, the details, and their laughs!

A previous client referred Sadie to me and we got together to do a super quirky, best friends session. So when Jimmy officially proposed to Sadie, she knew right off the bat that she wanted me to do their engagement photos, too!

Sadie and Jimmy chose to do their session at the Salado Creek Greenway because it’s played a big part in their courtship. It’s not one of my typical go-to engagement session locations, but it turned out beautiful!! And we just HAD to include Topo Chico (a carbonated drink popular here in Texas). Especially since they’re also going to include it at their wedding! Big shout out to Kyle (my husband) who dropped everything and ran to the dollar store to pick up bendy straws to make the Topo Chico photos happen!

These two cuties were total champs. It is not easy to be outside during the day in a muggy Texas summer. But these two not only stuck with it but made it a party! Props to any couple who choose to do a San Antonio river engagement session in the middle of August and still have a total blast! I do have to give Texas credit for the gorgeous sunset we were able to capture. Sadie freaked out (in a good way!) when she saw what Texas had blessed us with.

Sadie and Jimmy, thank you so much for trusting me to capture this special time for you both! You have such a glow about you. You can’t help but find all the wonderful things about life when you’re together. And it really comes through in your photos which I LOVE! But y’all being drop dead gorgeous doesn’t hurt either 😉 Y’all have such a beautiful future in front of you! I’m completely honored to be a part of your wedding adventure. Congrats, you two!
