The McNay Art Museum is one of my favorite photo location in San Antonio! It’s perfect for all portrait sessions, engagement photos and family photos alike. The museum itself is beautiful, of course. And the manicured grounds are the perfect backdrop for a clean, timeless look in your photo gallery. Kelsie + Zach

I loved taking Kelsie and Zach’s photos at the McNay! They are one of the cutest, spunkiest couples I’ve ever worked with. Kelsie laughs with her whole soul and Zach utterly adores her. Kelsie’s laugh shines in almost every single photo I took. It’s like she can’t help but exude joy! And I can’t remember an engagement session where I laughed and smile more. It was such a blast!

We made full use of all of the beautiful spots outside the McNay. There’s this adorable koi fish pond with a little bridge over the water where I almost fell in getting some cute snuggle shots. And the intricate architecture of the museum building itself. Oh! And the pristine fountain out in front of the museum. The lighting was hitting the fountain from the wrong angle for most of the engagement session, but we were able to catch a quick shot right after the sun dipped below the horizon. Hallelujah!
